At AndaLabX, we stand behind the quality of our work and services. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting and receiving refunds.

2. Service-Specific Refund Terms

AI Strategy Consulting:

  • Full refund available within 7 days if no deliverables have been provided
  • Partial refund available for unused hours within the first 14 days

Custom AI Systems:

  • Refund available within 30 days if the solution fails to meet agreed specifications
  • Partial refund for incomplete or delayed projects based on milestone completion

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for refund
  3. Allow 5-7 business days for review
  4. If approved, refund will be processed within 10 business days

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed and delivered AI systems
  • Custom development work that has been implemented
  • Training sessions that have been conducted
  • Third-party service fees and licenses

5. Disputes and Appeals

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may appeal by:
